Works! My skin was very dry, and I frequently suffered from cold sores. Along with vitamin D, these capsules addressed my issues, and my hair also improved. It works 100%, I highly recommend it for health!

Side effects noted
Good product, but I experienced side effects. My husband and I developed skin wounds on our noses after taking it for several weeks. We stopped using it, and the wounds healed quickly. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures, but they were small and painful. The wounds healed within 1-2 days after we ceased taking the medication.
